Abstract:
Disclosed is a non-pneumatic tire of a double-density composite polymer material, the tire comprising a tire body (1) and a tread layer (2) provided on an outer circumference of the tire body (1), wherein the tire body (1) is of a PU foam solid structure, and the tread layer (2) is of a polyurethane elastomer structure with a density different from that of the tire body (1), and is integrally formed with the tire body (1) by means of bonding. By means of the above-mentioned structure, the non-pneumatic tire of a double-density composite polymer material has a good shock-absorbing effect, brake safety, and abrasion resistance, but does not build up heat, and has a colourful and bright appearance, is fluorescent at night, and is safer.
