Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of electrical switches, and disclosed is a non-polarized low-voltage circuit breaker, comprising an operation mechanism, two static contact assemblies, a bridge type moving contact assembly, and two arc extinguishing chambers, wherein the bridge type moving contact assembly is provided opposite to the static contact assemblies; the two static contact assemblies respectively are input and output static contact assemblies; the bridge type moving contact assembly and the two static contact assemblies are cooperated to form a left moving and static contact fracture and a right moving and static contact fracture; the left and right moving and static contact fractures are closely adjacent to the matched arc extinguishing chambers; when a circuit is switched on and off, electric arc is formed between the left and right moving and static contact fractures, and generated self-excited magnetic fields repel each other since the current directions of the electric arc are opposite to drive the electric arc at the left and right fractures to be automatically guided into the two arc extinguishing chambers to implement arc extinguishing. The circuit breaker of the present invention has two switch fractures and two arc extinguishing chambers; the two switch fractures are connected in series; electric arc energy produced when the circuit is switched on and off is born by the two fractures; and arc extinguishing is born by the two arc extinguishing chambers, so that the circuit breaker is favorable for rapid arc extinguishing.
