Abstract:
A non-power consuming commercial refrigeration compressor motor starter, comprising: a current transformer (L1), a bidirectional thyristor (T), an inductor (L2), a starting capacitor (C1), and a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) element. One end of a primary winding coil (1) of the current transformer (L1) and a T1 pole of the bidirectional thyristor (T) are connected to one end (A) of an alternating current (AC). One end of a secondary winding coil (3) of the current transformer (L1) is connected to a G pole of the bidirectional thyristor (T). The other end of the primary winding coil (2) and the other end of the secondary winding coil (4) of the current transformer (L1) are connected to a motor main winding leading out terminal (M). The inductor (L2), the PTC element, and the starting capacitor (C1) are sequentially connected in series between a T2 pole of the bidirectional thyristor (T) and a motor secondary winding leading out terminal (S). A motor main and secondary winding combination leading out terminal (L) is connected to the other end of the AC (B). The starter effectively reduces wasteful consumption of power and meets the demands of energy saving and environmental protection; further, the secondary winding coil has a higher resistance to current and has a stable electrical performance, a good suitability, and a higher security.
