Title:
NON-POWERED NOSE HAIR TRIMMER AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/093618
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
A non-powered nose hair trimmer according to the present invention comprises: a first cutting member comprising a first handle portion for holding, a circular cutting ring portion formed at an end of the first handle portion, and a first coupling portion formed at the opposite side of the cutting ring portion in the first handle portion; and a second cutting member comprising a second handle portion for holding, a cutting plate portion formed at an end of the second handle portion, and a second coupling portion formed at the opposite side of the cutting plate portion in the second handle portion. The first coupling portion of the first cutting member and the second coupling portion of the second cutting member are formed into the shape of straight lines parallel to each other within a manufacturing error of a lateral section so as to be bonded to each other by spot welding, the surface of the circular cutting ring portion and the surface of the cutting plate portion are formed in such a way that the two surfaces are inclined by a preset angle on the basis of the lateral section to meet each other, the cutting plate portion is formed in such a way that the thickness gradually decreases on the basis of the lateral section as it approaches the other end of the second coupling portion, the cutting plate portion is formed into the shape of a circular arc overall from a front view due to the straightly formed lower portion of the inner surface, and thus a space is formed between the lower portion of the cutting plate portion and the cutting ring portion when the cutting plate portion is inserted into the cutting ring portion. By using the present invention, nose hair cutting efficiency can be improved, and the degree of difficulty of the total processes for preparation can be remarkably reduced. In addition, nose hair can be effectively cut even though a plurality of nose hair is simultaneously inserted.
