Abstract:
Disclosed is an attachment device for a non-return extraction nozzle, comprising a simple and compact mechanism, and which can efficiently perform fusion joining of a non-return extraction nozzle to a packaging film. The device feeds a nozzle template film (7), formed with a plurality of non-return extraction nozzles templated with a tear-inducing flaw, to a continuously running packaging bag film (10); the bases of each non-return extraction nozzle are fusion joined to an inner sealant layer on one side of the packaging bag film (10) with an outer sealant layer therebetween; and the unneeded portions of the nozzle template film (7) are trimmed and removed. The device also is provided with a pair of fusion rollers (11), which press the non-return extraction nozzles on the nozzle template film (7) against the running packaging bag film (10) while running at the same speed and fusion joining them. The device is furthermore configured with a heating roller (13), which continually energizes said pair of fusion rollers (11) in the direction of the running path of the packaging bag film (10), and an attaching heat roller (15), which has a protrusion (14) that intermittently presses the packaging bag film (10) at the location of the non-return extraction nozzle on the nozzle template film (7) above the heating roller (13).
