Abstract:
A method for detecting unknown components in a sample. The method comprises: collecting non-targeted information, which involves collecting information of all components in a sample solution; and then performing data processing and analysis on the collected information, so as to confirm which compounds are in the sample, and further determining the content of the compounds. The collection of all the components in the sample solution is to collect the information of all the components by using a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer after multi-gradient elution.
