Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for performing a ship-to-shore communication on the basis of a Non-TCP. The present invention exhibits the following effect. That is, the present invention enables transmission or reception by VDES equipment, without a MAC header, a TCP header, and an IP header, in a ship-to-shore communication, and thus enables reducing not only the number of communications but also a data capacity.
