Abstract:
Disclosed is a non-uniform support structure for gob-side entry driving under a deep unstable overburden rock, comprising a roadway top plate support structure, a gob-side assistive support structure, and a physical coal assistive support structure. The roadway top plate support structure comprises a reinforcing bar mesh (1), a W steel strip (21), a high-strength prestressed anchor rod (31), and an anchor cable and steel beam assembly (4 and 5). The gob-side assistive support structure comprises the reinforcing bar mesh (1), the W steel strip (21), a high-strength prestressed pressure relief anchor rod (32), and a grouting anchor cable and steel beam assembly (4 and 52). The physical coal assistive support structure comprises the reinforcing bar mesh (1), a reinforcing bar beam and steel strip tray assembly (22), the high-strength prestressed pressure relief anchor rod (32), and the anchor cable and steel beam assembly (4 and 51). Also disclosed is a construction method for the non-uniform support structure for gob-side entry driving under a deep unstable overburden rock. The beneficial effect of the non-uniform support structure for gob-side entry driving under a deep unstable overburden rock and of the construction method is such that: the roadway top plate support structure, the gob-side assistive support structure, and the physical coal assistive support structure jointly compose the non-uniform support structure that effectively controls deformation and damage to a roadway-surrounding rock in gob-side entry driving under a deep unstable overburden rock.
