Abstract:
A non-volatile memory (NVM) access method, device, and system. The method comprises: an NVM controller receiving a first access request from a processor; determining, according to first address information carried in the first access request, whether the first access request is used to access a page table; and if so, the NVM controller reading a table entry of the page table indicated by the first address information, acquiring, according to second address information recorded in said page table entry and from an AIT, an AIT entry corresponding to the second address information, and caching the AIT entry in an AIT cache. The NVM controller monitors access to a page table from a processor, prefetches, from an AIT, a corresponding AIT entry corresponding to second address information to be accessed, and caches the prefetched AIT entry to an AIT cache, thus reducing the possibility of subsequent AIT cache misses, and accelerating NVM data access.
