Abstract:
Disclosed is a non-welded quick-fit joint of a PHC pipe pile. The quick-fit joint comprises a quick-fit male joint (5) and a quick-fit female joint (6), and when the quick-fit joint is being plugged in and fixed, the quick-fit male joint (5) is perpendicularly inserted into an insertion port (8) of the quick-fit female joint (6) to push a ball (9) out of same to a plug-in fixing cavity (14); when an annular groove (10) of a small end (12) of a stepped shaft of the quick-fit male joint reaches an inclined face of a ball release port (7), the ball (9) is pushed into the annular groove (10) via a ball limiting sleeve (18); a groove wall of the annular groove (10), the inclined surface of the ball release port (7) and the ball limiting sleeve (18) lock the ball (9) in the annular groove (10) to form an annular ball zone; and the quick-fit male joint (5) is fixedly hung on the quick-fit female joint (6) via the annular ball zone of the stepped shaft, so as to realize the butt jointing of the PHC pile via the quick-fit joint.
