Abstract:
The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric laminate sheet to be attached to the inner surface of a door outer panel for a refrigerator and a method for manufacturing same. The present invention provides a non-woven fabric laminate sheet to be attached to the inner surface of a door outer panel for a refrigerator, wherein a polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate film layer; a first adhesive layer coated with ethylene acetate vinyl copolymer (EVA); a non-woven fabric layer; and a second layer are laminated sequentially. According to the present invention, the present invention substitutes a polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate film and an ethylene acetate vinyl copolymer (EVA) adhesive for paper and synthetic rubber adhesives conventionally used in non-woven fabrics, thus having the advantage of generating no unpleasant odor and emitting no harmful materials. In addition, the employment of an inexpensive polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate film, instead of expensive craft paper, brings about the advantage of reducing the production cost of the fabrics. Furthermore, a process of attaching and removing a release sheet becomes unnecessary and is thus not required, so that the present invention simplifies the procedure and reduces the time taken to manufacture refrigerator doors.
