Provided are: a nonaqueous dispersant which has excellent dispersibility and dispersion stability, and is capable of forming a resin layer that has excellent hydrolysis resistance; and a coloring material dispersion liquid and a colored resin composition, each of which uses the nonaqueous dispersant. A nonaqueous dispersant characterized by being a polymer which has at least a constituent unit represented by general formula (I) and wherein at least some of the nitrogen moieties of the constituent unit form a salt with an acidic organic phosphorus compound. This nonaqueous dispersant is also characterized in that: the acidic organic phosphorus compound contains one or more compounds that are selected from the group consisting of organic phosphonic acid monoester compounds obtained by adding a monofunctional epoxy compound or a monofunctional oxetane compound to an organic phosphonic acid.
