Abstract:

The present invention relates to a nonaqueous electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery and, specifically, to a nonaqueous electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery, which includes an additive that can absorb metal ions and form a stable ion conductive film on a surface of an electrode, and a lithium secondary battery which includes the nonaqueous electrolyte and thus can ameliorate an abnormal voltage drop phenomenon.
