Abstract:
A noncontact charging device for a vehicle is equipped with: a power reception coil unit 3 having a power reception coil that generates heat when energized; an electrical component box 7 having a rectifier 5; and a harness electrically connecting the power reception coil unit 3 and the electrical component box 7. At least a portion of the harness is routed in a section in the vicinity of the front end 3b of the upper surface 3a of the power reception coil unit 3. The flow of a breeze 33 generated during travel becomes turbulent when the breeze strikes the harness, and the air flow on the back side of the harness becomes a turbulent flow 35. Even if an adhering material such as dirt adheres to the upper surface 3a of the power reception coil unit 3, this adhering material is removed by the turbulent flow 35.
