The present invention relates to a noncontact type vibration monitoring system for small diameter pipes of a nuclear power plant, which allows self-vibration correction and, more specifically, to a technology for a noncontact type vibration monitoring system for small diameter pipes of a nuclear power plant, which allows self-vibration correction. The monitoring system measures vibration of a structure or a pipe which is difficult for a worker to approach due to a concern of radiation exposure in a nuclear power plant, and thus enables prediction and prevention of damage to the structure or the pipe, and, when a damaging accident occurs, enables a prompt response. The present invention as a technical means for solving the above problem may comprise: a sensor support; a sensor fixing jig disposed at an upper portion of the sensor support; a noncontact type vibration sensor disposed at an upper portion of the sensor fixing jig; a contact type vibration sensor disposed at the sensor fixing jig to measure self-vibration of the sensor fixing jig; and a correction calculating unit for correcting the self-vibration measured by the contact type vibration sensor by using a vibration value measured by the noncontact type vibration sensor.
