Abstract:
An invention pertaining to a nonflammable thermal insulating sheet, an apparatus for manufacturing same, and a method for manufacturing same is disclosed. The disclosed nonflammable thermal insulating sheet, the apparatus for manufacturing same, and the method for manufacturing same include: a glass fiber fabric formed of a fire-resistant coating layer on one surface or both surfaces thereof; an aluminum thin film disposed on one side surface of the glass fiber fabric; and another glass fiber fabric disposed on the opposite side of the glass fiber fabric of the aluminum thin film and formed of the fire-resistant coating layer on one surface or both surfaces thereof. A flame retardant adhesive layer is formed on both sides of the aluminum thin film and is pressed in a state in which it is disposed between the pieces of glass fiber fabric to be bonded. In the nonflammable thermal insulating sheet, the apparatus for manufacturing same, and the method for manufacturing same according to the present invention, the aluminum thin film is disposed between the pieces of glass fiber fabric, onto both sides of which the fire-resistant coating layer is uniformly permeated and layered, so as to impart thermal insulating ability and flame retardancy to prevent a fire. Even if a fire breaks out due to another cause, a considerable delaying effect is provided for preventing the reverse side of the product from catching fire. Also, because there is virtually no poisonous gas, human casualties may be reduced by providing enough time for people to evacuate. Light shielding, thermal shielding, and shielding from cold can be provided, and the flame retardant adhesive layer is provided between a plurality of pieces of glass fiber fabric and the aluminum thin film in order to retain stiffness of the flame retardant thermal insulating sheet, so that the sheet may be attached like plywood on a wall by using staples, nails, fastener pieces, and the like to apply thermal insulation to buildings. The sheet is easily cut by a knife, scissors, and the like.
