Abstract:
A nonreciprocal transmission line device (70A) formed by unit cells (60A) in cascade connection between ports (P1, P2), each unit cell (60A) having: a microwave transmission line section; and parallel branch circuits mutually containing an inductive element. Each unit cell (60A) exhibits spontaneous magnetism or is magnetized by an external magnetic field so as to be magnetized in a magnetization direction different to the propagation direction of the transmission line section and exhibit gyro-anisotropy. In each of at least one of the unit cells (60A), the parallel branch circuits contain a first stub conductor (13A) formed on one side of a plane formed by the propagation direction and the magnetization direction, and a second stub conductor (13B) formed on the other side of the plane, and the stub conductors (13A, 13B) both have different electrical lengths.
