Abstract:
Disclosed is a nonvolatile storage system which is provided with: a memory block composed of an assembly of flash memory; a flash memory power supply circuit outside of the memory block; and a flash memory controller. The flash memory power supply circuit has a plurality of kinds of power supply circuits for executing processing, said power supply circuits generating and supplying power at a plurality of voltage levels needed to execute the processing in the flash memory. The flash memory controller monitors a change of the inner state of the flash memory by communicating with the flash memory, and controls the power supply circuit for executing the processing and the flash memory.
