Abstract:
The present invention realizes a nonwoven fabric structure formed of carbon nanotubes and having excellent heat transfer characteristics. The nonwoven fabric structure according to the present invention is formed of carbon nanotubes. The carbon nanotubes are carbon-nanotube single fibers and/or carbon-nanotube agglomerate fibers. The diameter of each of the carbon nanotubes is not greater than 20 times the diameter of each of the single fibers.
