Abstract:
Provided are nonwoven fabric having an uneven surface structure, and a formed member and wiping cloth which use the nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric having an uneven surface structure is formed by pressing a surface-like body having openings against at least one surface of nonwoven fabric that is formed by causing hot air to pass through a web, which contains heat bonding fibers, to thereby heat bond together the interlacing points between the fibers. The pressing is performed in a state in which the nonwoven fabric retains heat of a degree which does not further promote the heat bonding. The nonwoven fabric having an uneven surface structure is flexible, has high strength, and provided with high resistance to stress.
