Abstract:
The invention provides a noodle making machine, comprising: a stirring component, a noodle extruding component, a driving motor (10) and a machine base (1), wherein the driving motor (10) is mounted in the machine base (1); the stirring component comprises a stirring cup (4) and a stirring bar (5); the noodle extruding component comprises a noodle extruding cup, a threaded rod and a shaper; a first opening formed in a sidewall of the shaper is used for a first shaping of the dough extruded out through the first through hole by the threaded rod; when the machine base (1) is in a first working state, a dough is formed by stirring the mixture of flour and water by the stirring component, when the machine base (1) is in a second working state, the dough is processed into noodles by the noodle extruding component, thus the structural independence of the stirring component and the noodle extruding component is achieved and therefore the use efficiency and the service life of the motor are improved, and the noodle quality is increased.

CLAIMS

1 . A noodle making machine, characterized in that it comprises: a stirring component, a noodle extruding component, a driving motor (10) and a machine base (1 ), wherein the driving motor (10) is mounted in the machine base (1 ) provided with a through hole for connecting a motor shaft of the driving motor (10);

the stirring component comprises a stirring cup (4) and a stirring bar (5), wherein a through hole is formed in the bottom of the stirring cup;

the noodle extruding component comprises a noodle extruding cup (13), a threaded rod (16) and a shaper (18), wherein a first through hole and a second through hole are defined in a cup wall of the noodle extruding cup (13); a first opening (21 ) formed in a sidewall of the shaper (18) is used for a first shaping of the dough extruded out through the first through hole by the threaded rod (16);

the machine base (1 ) can be in two working states, when the machine base is in a first working state, the motor shaft of the driving motor (10) is in a vertical working state, the stirring cup (4) is connected with the machine base (10), the stirring bar (5) is provided in the stirring cup (4), the motor shaft of the driving motor (10) passes through the through hole provided in the machine base (1 ) and the through hole provided in the stirring cup (4) thus drives the stirring bar (5) to rotate for dough kneading;

when the machine base (1 ) is in a second working state, the motor shaft of the driving motor (10) is in a horizontal working state, the noodle extruding cup (13) is connected with the machine base (1 ), the threaded rod (16) passes through the first and second through holes, the first through hole of the noodle extruding cup (13) is connected with the shaper (18), the motor shaft of the driving motor (10) drives the threaded rod (16) to rotate through the through hole provided in the machine base (1 ) and the second through hole provided in the noodle extruding cup (13) and extrudes out noodles under the cooperative use of the shaper (18).

The noodle making machine according to claim 1 , characterized in that the machine base (1 ) comprises a first base (1 1 ) provided with a first transitional curved surface (25) at one side of the first base (1 1 ), and a second base (12) provided with a second transitional curved surface (26) at one side of the second base (12), the first transitional curved surface (25) and the second transitional curved surface (26) are jointed to form a sharing supporting end (27) of the first base (1 1 ) and the second base (12); two working states can be obtained by turning over the machine base (1 ), when the machine base (1 ) is in the first working state, the first base (1 1 ) plays a supporting role, when the machine base (1 ) is in the second working state, the second base (12) plays a supporting role.

3. The noodle making machine according to claim 2, characterized in that supporting columns are provided on an opposite side of the one side of the first base (1 1 ), and an opposite side of the one side of the second base (12).

The noodle making machine according any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a mounting base (2) is arranged on the machine base (1 ), and a through hole that allows the motor shaft of the driving motor (10) to pass through is opened in the position of the mounting base (2) corresponding to the through hole of the machine base (1 ), the stirring cup (4) or the noodle extruding cup (13) is connected to the machine base (1 ) through the mounting base (2).

The noodle making machine according to claim 4, characterized in that a first circular ring (22) is provided at the bottom of the stirring cup (4), a first buckle is provided on the end surface of the first circular ring (22), and a first slot is provided on the mounting base (2), the first buckle and the first slot are buckled together to connect the stirring cup (4) with the mounting base (2).

The noodle making machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the stirring component further comprises a stirring shaft (3) which is arranged at the bottom of the stirring cup (4), one end of the stirring shaft (3) is engaged with the motor shaft of the driving motor (10) and the other end of the stirring shaft (3) is connected with the stirring bar (5), the motor shaft of the driving motor (10) drives the stirring bar (5) to rotate by the stirring shaft (3).

7. The noodle making machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the stirring component further comprises a stirring cup lid

(6), which covers the opening of the upper portion of the stirring cup (4).

The noodle making machine according to claim 4, characterized in that a second circular ring (23) is provided at the second through hole of the noodle extruding cup (13), a second buckle is provided on the end surface of the second circular ring (23), and a first slot is provided on the mounting base (2), the second buckle and the first slot are buckled together to connect the noodle extruding cup (13) with the mounting base (2). 9. The noodle making machine according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that a bolt (24) is provided in the first through hole of the noodle extruding cup (13), a second slot (28) is provided on the end surface of the bolt and is engaged with a boss (29) on the shaper (18) so as to prevent axial rotation of the shaper (18).

10. The noodle making machine according to claim 9, characterized in that the noodle extruding component further comprises: a fixing sleeve (17) that is connected to the bolt (24) via thread and is used for compressing the shaper (18).

1 1 . The noodle making machine according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the noodle extruding component further comprises: a noodle extruding cup sleeve (14) that is arranged at the periphery of the noodle extruding cup (13) and is coaxially with the noodle extruding cup (13);

a noodle extruding cup lid (15) that covers the opening of the upper portion of the noodle extruding cup (13).

The noodle making machine according to any one of claims 1 to 1 1 , characterized in that the noodle extruding component further comprises: an adjusting sleeve (19) which is coaxial with the shaper (18) and is arranged at the periphery of the shaper (18), a second opening (20) is defined in a sidewall of the adjusting sleeve (19) and is used for the second shaping of the noodle which has been first shaped by the shaper (18), wherein the area of the second opening is less than that of the first opening (21 ) formed in the sidewall of the shaper (18).

13. The noodle making machine according to claim 12, characterized in that a second opening (20) with at least one shape is formed in the sidewall of the adjusting sleeve (19), and the adjusting sleeve (19) is able to rotate around the shaper (18).

Description:
A NOODLE MAKING MACHINE

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the field of food processing, and more particularly, to a noodle making machine.

BACKGROUND

With the increasing improvement of people's living standard, food processors have become more and more popular with the consumers, so does the noodle making machine, which is one kind of the food processor.

The existing noodle making machine generally comprises a machine base and a stirring cup connected thereto, inside the machine base provided with a motor and a circuit board for controlling the motor, and in the stirring cup provided with a stirring assembly and a noodle extruding component which comprises a noodle extruding cup, a threaded rod and a noodle forming component for cooperating with the threaded rod, wherein one end of the stirring shaft of the stirring component is engaged with the shaft of the motor and the other end thereof is engaged with one end of the threaded rod. When the motor works, it drives the stirring shaft to rotate so as to stir the flour and water in the stirring cup and feed the mixture of the flour and water into the noodle extruding cup. Then, the mixture of flour and water is brought into the noodle forming component via the threaded rod, and then is extruded by noodle forming component to form noodles.

However, the existing noodle making machine presents the following technical problems: since the stirring shaft engages with one end of the threaded rod, the threaded rod will be driven if the motor drives the stirring shaft to work, leading to an useless increase of power, thus reducing the use efficiency of the motor and affecting the service life of the motor. Meanwhile, since the noodle extruding cup is arranged in the stirring cup, some non-sufficiently stirred mixture of flour and water or some dry flour will be brought into the noodle extruding cup once the stirring component in the stirring cup stirs, leading to an uneven stirring, and thereby affecting the quality of noodles. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention provides a noodle making machine to solve the problems of low use efficiency of motor, influenced service life of motor and poor quality of noodles in the process for producing noodles by a noodle making machine in the prior art. In order to solve the above technical problems, the invention provides a noodle making machine, comprising: a stirring component, a noodle extruding component, a driving motor and a machine base, wherein the driving motor is mounted in the machine base provided with a through hole for connecting the motor shaft of the driving motor;

the stirring component comprises a stirring cup and a stirring bar, wherein a through hole is formed in the bottom of the stirring cup;

the noodle extruding component comprises a noodle extruding cup, a threaded rod and a shaper, wherein a first through hole and a second through hole are defined in the cup wall of the noodle extruding cup; a first opening formed in a sidewall of the shaper is used for a first shaping of the dough extruded out through the first through hole by the threaded rod;

the machine base can be in two working states, when the machine base is in a first working state, the motor shaft of the driving motor is in a vertical working state, the stirring cup is connected with the machine base, the stirring bar is provided in the stirring cup, the motor shaft of the driving motor passes through the through hole provided in the machine base and the through hole provided in the stirring cup thus drives the stirring bar to rotate for dough kneading;

when the machine base is in a second working state, the motor shaft of the driving motor is in a horizontal working state, the noodle extruding cup is connected with the machine base, the threaded rod passes through the first and second through holes, the first through hole of the noodle extruding cup is connected with the shaper, the motor shaft of the driving motor drives the threaded rod to rotate through the through hole provided in the machine base and the second through hole provided in the noodle extruding cup and extrudes out noodles under the cooperative use of the shaper.

In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, the machine base comprises a first base provided with a first transitional curved surface at one side of the first base, and a second base provided with a second transitional curved surface at one side of the second base. The first transitional curved surface and the second transitional curved surface are jointed to form a sharing supporting end of the first base and the second base. Two working states can be obtained by turning over the machine base. When the machine base is in the first working state, the first base plays a supporting role. When the machine base is in the second working state, the second base plays a supporting role.

In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, supporting columns are provided on an opposite side of the one side of the first base, and an opposite side of the one side of the second base. In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, a mounting base is arranged on the machine base, and a through hole that allows the motor shaft of the driving motor to pass through is opened in the position of the mounting base corresponding to the through hole of the machine base, the stirring cup or the noodle extruding cup is connected to the machine base through the mounting base.

In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, a first circular ring is provided at the bottom of the stirring cup, a first buckle is provided on the end surface of the first circular ring, and a first slot is provided on the mounting base, the first buckle and the first slot are buckled together to connect the stirring cup with the mounting base.

In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, the stirring component further comprises a stirring shaft which is arranged at the bottom of the stirring cup, one end of the stirring shaft is engaged with the motor shaft of the driving motor and the other end of the stirring shaft is connected to the stirring bar, the motor shaft of the driving motor drives the stirring bar to rotate by the stirring shaft.

In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, the stirring component further comprises a stirring cup lid, which covers the opening of the upper portion of the stirring cup.

In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, a second circular ring is provided at the second through hole of the noodle extruding cup, a second buckle is provided on the end surface of the second circular ring, and a first slop is provided on the mounting base, the second buckle and the first slot are buckled together to connect the noodle extruding cup with the mounting base.

In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, a bolt is provided in the first through hole of the noodle extruding cup, a second slot is provided on the end surface of the bolt and is engaged with a boss on the shaper so as to prevent axial rotation of the shaper.

In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, the noodle extruding component further comprises:

a fixing sleeve that is connected to the bolt by thread connection and is used for compressing the shaper.

In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, the noodle extruding component further comprises: a noodle extruding cup sleeve that is arranged at the periphery of the noodle extruding cup and is coaxially with the noodle extruding cup;

a noodle extruding cup lid that covers the opening of the upper portion of the noodle extruding cup. In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, the noodle extruding component further comprises: an adjusting sleeve which is coaxial with the shaper and is arranged at the periphery of the shaper, a second opening is defined in the sidewall of the adjusting sleeve and is used for the second shaping of the noodle which has been first shaped by the shaper, wherein the area of the second opening is less than that of the first opening formed in the sidewall of the shaper.

In one embodiment of the aforementioned noodle making machine, a second opening with at least one shape is formed in the sidewall of the adjusting sleeve, and the adjusting sleeve is able to rotate around the shape. The noodle making machine provided in the present invention stirs the mixture of flour and water by the stirring component to form a dough when the machine base is in the first working state, and the dough is processed by the noodle extruding component into noodles when the machine base is in the second working state. Since the stirring component and the noodle extruding component are independent in structure, the driving motor only drives the stirring component to work while kneading dough and it only drives the noodle extruding component to work while extruding noodles. And, it is the same motor that achieves both functions of dough kneading and noodle extruding, thus the power consumption of the driving motor is reduced and the use efficiency and service life of the driving motor are increased. Moreover, as the noodles are extruded from the dough by the extruding component after the mixture of flout and water is stirred into dough by the stirring component, thus the quality of the noodles is guaranteed.

SPECIFIC EMBODIMENTS

Fig .1 is a schematic view of the three-dimensional structure for dough kneading composing the noodle making machine as provided in the embodiment of the present invention, Fig.2 is a schematic view of the three-dimensional structure for noodle extruding composing the noodle making machine as provided in the embodiment of the present invention, Fig.3 is a schematic view of the disassembled three-dimensional structure for dough kneading as provided in the embodiment of the present invention shown in figure 1 , Fig.4 is a schematic view of the disassembled three-dimensional structure for noodle extruding as provided in the embodiment of the present invention shown in figure 1 . Referring to Figures 1 , 2, 3 and 4, the noodle making machine of the present embodiment comprises: a stirring component, a noodle extruding component, a driving motor 10 and a machine base 1 , wherein the driving motor 10 is mounted in the machine base 1 provided with a through hole for connecting the motor shaft of the driving motor 10; the stirring component comprises a stirring cup 4 and a stirring bar 5, wherein a through hole is formed in the bottom of the stirring cup 4; the noodle extruding component comprises a noodle extruding cup 13, a threaded rod 16 and a shaper 18, wherein a first through hole and a second through hole are defined in the cup wall of the noodle extruding cup 13; in the sidewall of the shaper 18 a first opening 21 is formed, which is for a first shaping of the dough extruded by the threaded rod 16 through the first through hole, preferably, the side wall of the shaper is arc-shaped; the machine base 1 can be in two working states, when the machine base is in the first working state, the motor shaft of the driving motor 10 is in a vertical working state, the stirring cup 4 is connected with the machine base 1 , the stirring bar 5 is provided in the stirring cup 4, the shaft of the driving motor 10 passes through the through hole provided in the machine base 1 and the through hole provided in the stirring cup 4 thus drives the stirring bar 5 to rotate for dough kneading; when the machine base 1 is in the second working state, the motor shaft of the driving motor 10 is in a horizontal working state, the noodle extruding cup 13 is connected with the machine base 1 , the threaded rod 16 passes through the first and second through holes, the first through hole of the noodle extruding cup 13 is connected with the shaper 18, the shaft of the driving motor 10 drives the threaded rod 16 to rotate through the through hole provided in the machine base 1 and the second through hole provided in the noodle extruding cup 13 and extrudes noodles under the cooperative use of the shaper. As shown in figures 1 and 3, when the machine base is in the first working state, the motor shaft of the driving motor 10 is in a vertical working state. As the driving motor 10 works, the motor shaft of the driving motor 10 rotates to drive the stirring bar 5 to rotate thus to stir the mixture of flour and water in the stirring cup 4 The stirring time and stirring method are controlled by the PCB power panel 9 and the PCB control panel 7, to make dough with high toughness. It should be stated that the dough prepared can be used to make many kinds of cooked wheaten food due to the high toughness dough that can be prepared.

As shown in figures 2 and 4, the stirring component as shown in figure 3 is replaced by the noodle extruding component as shown in figure 4, and the machine base 1 is side-arranged to make the motor shaft of the driving motor 10 in the horizontal working state. As the driving motor 10 works, the motor shaft of the driving motor 10 rotates to drive the threaded rod 16 to rotate, thus the dough is fed into the shaper 18 by the threaded rod 16. The dough extruded out from the first through hole is processed for the first time by the shaper 18, and then shaped noodles are made though the second through hole defined in the side wall of the shaper 18.

The noodle making machine provided in the present embodiment stirs the mixture of flour and water by the stirring component to form a dough when the machine base 1 is in the first working state, and the dough is processed by the noodle extruding component to form noodles when the machine base 1 is in the second working state. Since the stirring component and the noodle extruding component are independent in structure, the driving motor 10 only drives the stirring component to work while kneading dough and it only drives the noodle extruding component to work while extruding noodles, thus the power consumption of the driving motor 10 is reduced and the use efficiency and service life of the driving motor 10 are increased, and the quality of the noodles are improved because of the good toughness of the prepared dough.

Furthermore, the machine base 1 comprises a first base 1 1 provided with a first transitional curved surface 25 at one side thereof and a second base 12 provided with a second transitional curved surface 26 at one side thereof. The first transitional curved surface 25 and the second transitional curved surface 26 are jointed to form a sharing supporting end 27 of the first base 1 1 and the second base 12. Two working states can be obtained by turning over the machine base 1 . As shown in figure 3, when the machine base 1 is in the first working state, the first base 1 plays a supporting role. As shown in figure 4, after the machine base 1 is turned over, the machine base 1 is in the second working state, the second base 12 plays a supporting role. With two different supporting surfaces to act to support during two different working states, simple structure and easy operation can be achieved. And as the two supporting surfaces are jointed by the transitional curved surface to form a sharing supporting end, not only the appearance will be appealing, but also the material cost will be saved, and the damages caused by friction due to the tuning over of the machine base will be decreased. In other embodiments, different working states of the motor shaft can be obtained by directly rotating the motor thus changing the position thereof to obtain different working states of the motor shaft, for example, at first, the motor shaft is in a vertical working state, and will be in a horizontal position after the motor rotating 90┬░towards one direction.

In addition, supporting columns are provided on the other side opposite one side of the first base 1 1 and the other side opposite one side of the second base 12. The arrangement of the supporting columns can further reduce the damages caused by the friction between the machine base 1 and the contact surface.

Moreover, a mounting base 2 is arranged on the machine base 1 . A through hole that allows the motor shaft of the driving motor 10 to pass through is opened in the mounting base 2 at the position corresponding to the through hole of the machine base 1 . The stirring cup 4 or the noodle extruding cup 13 is connected to the machine base 1 through the mounting base 2. The arrangement of the mounting base 2 can facilitate the connection and disassembly of the machine base 1 with the stirring cup 4 or the noodle extruding cup 13.

As shown in figure 3, furthermore, a first circular ring 22 is provided at the bottom of the stirring cup 4, a first buckle is provided on the end surface of the first circular ring 22, and a first slot is provided on the mounting base 2, the first buckle and the first slot are buckled together to connect the stirring cup 4 with the mounting base 2.

As shown in figure 3, furthermore, the stirring component further comprises a stirring shaft 3 which is arranged at the bottom of the stirring cup 4. One end of the stirring shaft 3 is engaged with the motor shaft of the driving motor 10 and the other end of the stirring shaft 3 is connected to the stirring bar 5. Moreover, the stirring component further comprises a stirring cup lid 6 which covers the opening of the upper portion of the stirring cup 4.

As shown in figure 4, furthermore, a second circular ring 23 is provided at the second through hole of the noodle extruding cup 13, a second buckle is provided on the end surface of the second circular ring 23. A first slot is provided on the mounting base 2, the second buckle and the first slot are buckled together to connect the noodle extruding cup 13 with the mounting base 2.

In addition, a bolt 24 is provided in the first through hole of the noodle extruding cup 13. A second slot 28 is provided on the end surface of the bolt 24. The second slot 28 is engaged with a boss 29 on the shaper 18 so as to prevent axial rotation of the shaper 18.

In addition, the noodle extruding component further comprises: a fixing sleeve 17 that is connected to the bolt 24 via thread and is used for compressing the shaper 18.

Furthermore, the noodle extruding component may further comprise: a noodle extruding cup sleeve 14 that is arranged at the periphery of the noodle extruding cup 13 coaxially with the noodle extruding cup 13; a noodle extruding cup lid 15 that covers the opening of the upper portion of the noodle extruding cup 13.

Furthermore, the noodle extruding component further comprises: an adjusting sleeve 19 which is coaxial with the shaper 18 and is arranged at the periphery of the shaper 18. A second opening 20 is formed in the sidewall of the adjusting sleeve 19 and is used for the second shaping of the noodle which has been first shaped by the shaper, wherein the area of the second opening 20 is less than that of the first opening 21 formed in a side of the round wall of the shaper. In addition, a second opening 20 with at least one shape is formed on the sidewall of the adjusting sleeve 19 which is able to rotate around the shaper. It should be stated that, the second opening 20 can be in circular, oval or rectangular shaped or other different shapes, so that the user can produce different forms of noodles according to their requirements just by adjusting the rotation angle of the adjusting sleeve 19 to allow the second opening 20 with one of the shapes in the sidewall of the adjusting sleeve 19 corresponding to the first opening 21 arranged in the side of the round wall of the shaper 18; preferably, the side wall of the adjusting sleeve is arc-shaped. Finally, it should be stated that each of the above examples are intended to illustrate the technical solution of the invention, but not to limit the scope thereof. Although the invention has been described in detail with reference to each of the aforementioned examples, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications can be made to the technical solutions mentioned in each of the aforementioned examples, or some or all of the technical features can be replaced by equivalents, and these modifications or replacements won't make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of each of the embodiments of the present invention.
