Abstract:
A noodle strip cutting device is provided with a pair of cutting blade rollers (4, 4’, 18, 18’, 44, 44’, 58, 58’) provided with annular grooves (19, 19’, 20, 20’, 41, 42, 43, 60, 61, 62) having two or more different depths and arranged alternately or sequentially, noodle strip separating plates (6, 6’, 21, 21’, 49, 49’, 59, 59’) each having comb tooth-like separating teeth (22, 23, 41, 42, 43, 46, 47, 48, 60, 61, 62) provided to one long side of a plate body and respectively engaging with the annular grooves, guide sections (7, 9) for transferring noodle strips separated from the cutting blade rollers and suspended downward, and a conveyor (8) for conveying the noodle strips. Each of the separating teeth has a tooth tip, the tooth tips engage with the annular grooves at front positions and rear positions of the cutting blade rollers with respect to the circumferential direction.
