Description:
[DESCRIPTION] [Invention Title] NOODLES MANUFACTURING APPARATUS [Technical Field] <]> The present invention relates to a noodles manufacturing apparatus, and more particularly to, a noodles manufacturing apparatus in which a formation shaft bar for forming a hollow portion to the center of noodles in a conventional noodles manufacturing apparatus is moved upwardly and downwardly, thereby increasing safety and productivity when manufacturing noodles having the hollow portion. [Background Art] <2> Fig. 1 is a view showing a conventional noodles manufacturing apparatus which had been filed(Korean Patent Registration No. 10-264612) by the applicant of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 1, the apparatus comprises a first formation roller 1 and a second formation roller 2, which are mounted in parallel to each other, are contacted and rotated. Inclined guide plates 6 and 6a for guiding dough 11 having a plate shape to a contact portion between the first and second formation rollers 1 and 2 are mounted with inclination to the outside of the first and second formation rollers 1 and 2. Plural formation grooves Ia are formed at the circumference of the first formation roller 1, the first formation roller 1 and the formation groove Ia are formed nearly, so that a protrusion cutting member Ib is formed between the formation grooves Ia. And, plural formation grooves 2a are formed at the circumference of the second formation roller 2 in order to correspond to the first formation grooves Ia of the first formation roller 1 and a protrusion cutting member 2b is formed between the formation grooves 2a of the second formation roller 2. The protrusion cutting member 2b is contacted with the protrusion cutting member 2b of the first formation roller 1, so that the dough 11 having a plate shape passing through between the grooves Ia and 2a of the first and second rollers 1 and 2 is cut. Lower end portions of plural formation shaft bars 4 mounted separately at the upper portion of the first and second formation rollers 1 and 2 are separately arranged at the center between the inside surfaces of the formation grooves Ia and 2a of the first and second formation rollers 1 and 2. A Noodles 12 having a hollow portion is manufactured by the formation shaft bar 4. Also, the formation shaft bar 4 is fixed at a support member 5 mounted to an upper portion of a frame 10. <3> However, according to the conventional noodles manufacturing apparatus, as mentioned above, there is a disadvantage as follows: the formation shaft bar 4 for forming the noodles 12 having a hollow portion is positioned to a space between the first and second rollers 1 and 2 and since the formation shaft bar 4 is fixed to the support member 5, the formation shaft bar 4 is shaken by dough transferred toward the formation shaft bar 4 and then a position of the formation shaft bar 4 is changed, so that noodles having an exact hollow portion can not be manufactured when manufacturing the noodles. Also, if the formation shaft bar 4 is deformed, noodles having a hollow portion can not be manufactured. [Disclosure] [Technical Solution] <4> To solve the problems of the conventional noodles manufacturing apparatus, it is an object to provide a noodles manufacturing apparatus that a formation shaft bar for forming noodles having a hollow portion is moved upwardly and downwardly so that the formation shaft bar has less influence due to dough when manufacturing the noodles and the noodles having a hollow portion can be manufactured smoothly. <5> To achieve the above object, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in a noodles manufacturing apparatus comprising a first formation roller and a second formation roller, which are mounted in parallel to each other, are contacted and rotated, inclined guide plates for guiding dough having a plate shape to a contact portion between the first and second formation rollers and mounted with inclination to the outside of the first and second formation rollers, plural formation grooves formed at the circumference of the first formation roller, a protrusion cutting member formed between the formation grooves due to the first formation roller and the formation groove formed nearly to each other, plural formation grooves formed at the circumference of the second formation roller in order to correspond to the first formation grooves of the first formation roller, a protrusion cutting member formed between the formation grooves of the second formation roller so that the protrusion cutting member is contacted with the protrusion cutting member of the first formation roller, so that the dough having a plate shape passing through between the grooves of the first and second rollers is cut and the edges of each cutting member are combined with each other, and lower end portions of plural formation shaft bar mounted separately at the upper portion of the first and second formation rollers separately- arranged at the center between the inside surfaces of the formation grooves of the first and second formation rollers, so that noodles having a hollow portion is manufactured by the formation shaft bar, the noodles manufacturing apparatus comprises: a cam wheel having a predetermined diameter and a cam shaft combined eccentrically with the cam wheel which are mounted on first and second support members and secured between the right and left base plates; a formation shaft bar formed integrally to a reinforce plate having a tapered surface in order not to have an influence on the dough transferred toward the formation shaft bar, the reinforce plate for supporting the formation shaft bar from its both sides, and an upper surface of the reinforce plate attached and mounted to the second support plate; and a bottom support plate positioned at a lower portion of the second support plate, and contacted and mounted to the second support plate, through a compression spring, the bottom support plate contacted with the second support plate by the action of the cam or separated with a predetermined distance by the action of the compression spring. [Description of Drawings! <6> Fig. 1 is a noodles manufacturing apparatus according to a conventional art. <7> Fig. 2 is an outlined perspective view of a noodles manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention. <8> Figs. 3 and 4 are side cross-sectional views of Fig. 2, show states that the formation shaft bar is moved upwardly and downwardly in the noodles manufacturing apparatus. [Best Mode] <9> Hereinafter, the noodles manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. <io> Fig. 2 is an outlined perspective view of a noodles manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention. <ii> As shown in Fig. 2, since the structure of the noodles manufacturing apparatus is entirely similar to that of the conventional art filed by the applicant of the present invention, the difference between two techniques will be mainly described hereinafter. <i2> Referring to Fig. 2, in the present invention, plural formation shaft bars 4 and a support member 5 for fixing the formation shaft bar 4 in the conventional art are changed. Plural components, that is, several devices including first and second formation rollers are mounted between right and left base plates 110 for supporting entirely the noodles manufacturing apparatus in order to move upwardly and downwardly the formation shaft bar 4. Here, most of components which are the same as those of Fig. 1 are used and so the explanation relating to the components is will be omitted. <i3> In the present invention, a cam wheel 120(rotated by a rotation force of a driving belt driven by a motor, and the motor and driving belt are not shown) having a predetermined diameter and a cam shaft 122 combined eccentrically with the cam wheel 120 are mounted on first and second support members 130 and 132 and secured between the right and left base plates 110. The formation shaft bar 40 is formed integrally to a reinforce plate 142 having a tapered surface in order not to have an influence on the dough transferred toward the formation shaft bar 40. The reinforce plate 142 supports the formation shaft bar 40 from its both sides. An upper surface of the reinforce plate 142 is attached and mounted to the second support plate 132. <i4> A reference numeral 140 denotes a bottom support plate, is positioned at a lower portion of the second support plate 132 and contacted and mounted to the second support plate 132 through a compression spring 150. The bottom support plate 140 is contacted with the second support plate 132 by the action of the cam or separated with a predetermined distance by the action of the compression spring 150. <i5> In Fig. 2, inclined guide plates 6 and 6a for guiding dough according to the conventional art are omitted. <16> Figs. 3 and 4 are side cross-sectional views of Fig. 2, show states that the formation shaft bar is moved upwardly and downwardIy in the noodles manufacturing apparatus. <i7> As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, in Fig. 1 of the conventional art, the formation shaft bar which had been positioned between the formation groove Ia of the first formation roller 1 and the formation groove 2a of the second formation roller 2 is identically positioned at the position which is the same as that of the conventional art. In Fig. 3, the formation shaft bar 40 is moved downwardly. The formation shaft bar 40 is positioned between the reinforce plate 142 having a tapered side surface. <i8> A cam wheel 120 having a predetermined diameter and a cam shaft 122 combined eccentrically with the cam wheel 120 are mounted on first and second support members 130 and 132 and secured between the right and left base plates 110. <!9> The bottom support plate 140 is positioned at a lower portion of the second support plate 132, and contacted and mounted to the second support plate 132 through a compression spring 150.
