[DESCRIPTION] [Invention Title] NOODLES MANUFACTURING APPARATUS [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a noodles manufacturing apparatus and more particularly to a noodles manufacturing apparatus in which the hollow portion of a noodles in a conventional noodles manufacturing apparatus is filled with another noodles, thereby manufacturing a noodles having the filled hollow portion. The present invention also relates to a noodles manufacturing apparatus in which a bundle of noodles with another materials are moved downwardly between the forming grooves of the formation rollers of the conventional noodles with hollow portions and the formation grooves are filled with the another materials, thereby manufacturing a noodles having the filled hollow portion. [Background Art] Conventionally, a noodles manufacturing apparatus had been filedCKorean Patent Registration No. 10-264612) by the applicant of the present invention . Also, a noodles manufacturing apparatus is also filed: a formation shaft bar for forming noodles having a hollow portion is moved upwardly and downwardly so that the formation shaft bar has less influence due to dough when manufacturing the noodles and the noodles having a hollow portion can be manufactured smoothly. [Disclosure] [Technical Problem] On the other hand, a noodles having the filled hollow portion is required and however, the conventional apparatus for manufacturing a noodles having a hollow portion is only necessary to manufacture a noodles having a hollow portion, so that there is a disadvantage that the noodles having the filled hollow portion can not be manufactured by the conventional apparatus for manufacturing a noodles having a hollow portion. That is, the conventional apparatus for manufacturing a noodles having the hollow portion did not satisfied the requirement of the noodles having the filled hollow portion. [Technical Solution] To solve the problems of the conventional noodles manufacturing apparatus, it is an object to provide a noodles manufacturing apparatus in which a conventional formation shaft bar for forming a noodles having a hollow portion is removed, a cutting apparatus for cutting noodles having a small diameter of the size corresponding to the formation of the hollow portion is provided, thereby manufacturing a noodles having the filled hollow portion and simultaneously other materials are provided between the formation rollers, thereby manufacturing a noodles having two or more different portions by the materials. To achieve the above object, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in a noodles manufacturing apparatus comprising a first formation roller and a second formation roller which have formation grooves and cutting blades, respectively and are formed between the base plates, so that noodles having a hollow portion is manufactured by the formation shaft bar, the materials provided from the left and right sides of the apparatus are cut and formed, the noodles manufacturing apparatus comprising: a transfer roller mounted to an upper portion of the apparatus having the formation rollers and for transferring the material provided through an external transfer roller toward between the left and right plates, and a cutting apparatus engaged with the transfer roller, so that a dough material transferred and interposed between the transfer roller and the cutting roller is cut fine and the cut materials are provided toward the center of the formation grooves. Preferably, the cutting roller includes a cylindrical shape roller having a predetermined diameter and plurality cutting blades protruded from the cylindrical shape roller, so that the cutting roller is contacted with the outer surface of the transfer roller. [Description of Drawings] Fig. 1 is a front view illustrating a noodles manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention. Fig.2 is a perspective view of Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating an upper cutting apparatus of Fig.2. Figs. 4a and 4b are noodles manufactured by the noodles manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention. [Best Mode] Hereinafter, the noodles manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 1 is a front view illustrating a noodles manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, Fig. 2 is a perspective view of Fig. 1, and Fig. 3 is an enlarged perspective view illustrating an upper cutting apparatus of Fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is an outlined perspective view of a noodles manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, materials 420 for manufacturing noodles are provided with an inclination from left and right side of the apparatus having formation rollers. The apparatus includes a plurality of components including first and second formation rollers 1 and 2 between the left and right base plates 110 for supporting entirely the apparatus. Here, the first and second formation rollers 1 and 2 includes formations grooves Ia and 2a and saw blades Ib and 2b. Since the structure and operation of the formation rollers are entirely similar to that of the conventional art filed by the applicant of the present invention, the detailed description will be omitted.
Reference numbers 320 and 340 denote a transfer roller and a cutting roller in which they are mounted to an upper portion of the apparatus having the formation rollers 1 and 2 and a cutting apparatus is constructed between the left and right plates 360. The transfer roller 320 transfers the material 440 provided through an external transfer roller 600. The cutting roller 340 engages with the transfer roller 320 so that the dough material 440 transferred and interposed between the transfer roller 320 and the cutting roller 340 is cut fine. Referring to Figs. 2 and 3, the cutting roller 340 includes a cylindrical shape roller 340a having a predetermined diameter and plurality cutting blades 340b protruded from the cylindrical shape roller 340a. The cutting roller 340 is contacted with the outer surface of the transfer roller 320. As shown in Fig, 3, since the diameter of materials cut by the cutting blades 340b is smaller than that of the noodles, when forming the noodles by the formation grooves through the rollers of the apparatus, the materials are compressed by the formation grooves of the rollers together with the materials for manufacturing the noodles.
Figs. 4a and 4b are noodles manufactured by the noodles manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in Figs. 4a and 4b, in the noodles completed by the apparatus for manufacturing the noodles, the inside material 520 and the outside material 420 are manufactured by other materials, respectively. A reference numeral 422 denotes another material. As shown in Fig. 4b, in the noodles completed by the apparatus for manufacturing the noodles, three portions are manufactured by other materials, that is, the inside material 520 and the outside materials 424 and 425 are manufactured by other materials, respectively.
As described above, the apparatus for manufacturing the noodles according to the present invention, same material or other materials are provided from the left and right of the apparatus and simultaneously at the upper portion of the apparatus, another material is downwardly provided from the upper portion of the apparatus and cut by a cutting apparatus with a constant pitch. The material provided from the upper portion of the apparatus are encapsulated by the materials provided from the left and right sides of the apparatus, so that the noodles in which the hollow portion is filled with other materials is manufactured. [Industrial Applicability] As discussed earlier, according to the apparatus for manufacturing the noodles in accordance with the present invention, there is an advantage that the hallow portion in the conventional art is filled with same or other materials and different materials are provided from the left and right side from the apparatus, so that the noodles newly formed by the mixed materials can be manufactured.
