Abstract:

Norbornene resin moldings obtained by bulk-polymerizing a norbornene type monomer in a mold, characterized by containing a hybrid filler obtained by agitating two or more kinds of fillers together by a dry method at a high speed. The hybrid filler is preferably one obtained by agitating at least two kinds of fillers, namely, a fibrous filler having an aspect ratio of 5 to 100 and a particulate filler having an aspect ratio of 1 to 2 together by a dry method at a high speed. The invention provides norbornene resin moldings excellent in rigidity and dimensional stability and a process for producing the norbornene resin moldings.
