Abstract:
In accordance to this invention of nose mask, the elastic structure of the knob and nose mask for protection against dust that is shaped in the form multi horn and whose one surface is open, is compatible with diverse nose forms. This invention increases fixation ability due to elasticity and wing part that can control the level of elasticity. Shape of filter pad's center and the function pertaining to the attachment area of the support part for filter guarantee effective filtering. Securing of space pertaining to nose entrance helps facilitate breathing. Nose mask's small size, light weight and transparency result in attractive external appearance and convenient wear. Moreover, due to the fixing medium, comprised of supplementary connection part, magnetic and piece of metal, wearing is enabled during fierce activity such as sports, which increase the scope of selection.

Claims:
WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. When it pertains to nose mask for protection against dust (10), To cover the nose hole, this invention shall be installed between center of philtrum and end part of the nose by folding both ends into another side, using the center as the base. Protection part (21) with filter attachment hole (22), knob, comprised of the wing part (24) that shall be installed at the rounded sides of the nose by folding the end part of both sides of the above mentioned protection part (21) into another side, and filter pad (20) of multi horn shape where single surface is opened, Nose mask for protection against dust, characterized by the configuration based on the support part for filter (30) that purifies the air influxed into the nose by attaching onto the above mentioned filter attachment hole (22).
2. When it pertains to Claim 1, nose mask for protection against dust that is characterized by the attachment of the supplementary elastic part (80) so that the above mentioned filter pad of single unit (70) can assume elasticity at another side or between both sides of the above mentioned filter pad of single unit (70). Moreover, filter pad (20) and support part for filter (30) shall not be distinguished, and the entire pad shall use filter material only to form into filter pad of single unit (70).
3. When it pertains to Claim 1 or 2, nose mask for protection against dust is characterized by; linking part (51) that shall be inserted into the nose hole, distancing the blind wall area of between the nose holes of the left and right sides, hanging part (52) that hangs from the lower surface of the inside of the nose after coming into contact based on the smooth curve formation into Ushape from the end part of both sides of the above mentioned semicircular part (51) to the downward direction, connection part (53) that is formed based on the horizontal extension from the end part of both sides of the above mentioned hanging part (52) to the direction of the above mentioned semicircular part (51), and use based on the installation onto the supplementary connection part (50), comprised of groove part (54) that is attached closely by coming into contact with the philtrum area and which is formed into Ushape, from the end part of both sides of the above mentioned connection part (53) to the downward direction.
4. When it pertains to Claim 1 or 2, nose mask for protection against dust is characterized by; magnetic (62), installed onto the groove part (54) of the above mentioned supplementary connector (50) to fixate filter pad (20) onto the above mentioned supplementary connector (50); and nose mask for protection against dust characterized by the composition of piece of metal (64) that is attached and installed at the center part of the protection part (21) that is configured into the filter pad (2) to enable attachment and detachment into the above mentioned magnetic (62).
Description:
THE NOSE MASK FOR PROTECTION AGAINST DUST BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention: This invention relates to the nose mask for protection against dust, and in more detail, This invention increases compatibility since it can be applied onto noses of diverse sizes and forms, facilitates wearing of nose mask and breathing as space is formed between the nose entrance and nose mask, and This invention pertains to the nose mask that prevents falling off the nose or separation from the nose at the time of wearing it based on the use of nose mask's self elasticity.

Description of the Prior Art : In general, masks of diverse forms and structures are used to prevent the influx of harmful substances into the human body such as flower powder, yellow sand, germs, dust etc through the mouth or nose.

However, the above mentioned hitherto masks are produced in sizes and forms that neglect the external appearance. Therefore, user catches the attention of other people when wearing them. Thus, wearing of hitherto masks is shunned. Moreover, hair band, string for hanging onto the ears and bandages etc were used to connect to the masks, which caused inconvenience at the time of wearing them. Furthermore, unpurified air inflows into the gap between the surrounding areas of the masks.

Moreover, communication was made difficult at the time of wearing the mask since it covered the mouth.

This invention is the nose mask that corrected many of the above mentioned problems, and it was pre-applied for patent in the domestic locality. (Utility Model Registration Application No. 1999-0027719. Denomination of the Invention: Nose Mask with Supplementary Injection Groove).

Figure 1 is the figure that depicts the above mentioned, pre patent applied nose mask for protection against dust. As is depicted, This invention forms the exterior into 4 surfaces of right side surface (l), frontal surface (2), left surface (3) and lower surface (4) where parts are open. Distance of wall (5) is integrated with the above mentioned lower surface (4) in parallel at the inner space that is connected into the above mentioned 4 surfaces. The configuration is one that is formed with groove where N shape can be injected where filter or aromatic etc can be input.

However, the above mentioned structure of the nose mask (A) enables communication since. the mouth is exposed, and it can block the gap between the areas near the masks, but it has no function that controls elasticity. Moreover, the above mentioned has fixed structure, devoid of compatibility that enables application to diverse forms and sizes of nose. According to the size of nose, nose mask can easily separate from the nose. Wearing the above mentioned does not ensure comfort since nose mask (A) is attached closely while surrounding entire nose. Another problem is unattractive appearance.

Moreover, in case bandages etc are used to prevent the separation of nose

mask (A), adhesion function is lost easily due to humidity. Thus, the problem lies in the falling off of the nose mask (A) from the nose.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION This invention pertains to the nose mask for protection against dust, and This invention shall be installed at the middle of philtrum and end part of the nose by folding both ends into the other side, using the center as the base to cover the nose hole. Then, the protection part where filter attachment hole is formed, and the end part of both sides of the above mentioned protection part shall be folded into the other side once again to ensure elasticity. This invention is comprised of ; knob, comprised of the wing part that shall be installed at the rounded sides of the nose, filter pad of multi horn shape where single surface is opened, and the support part for filter where the above mentioned filter attachment hole shall be attached. According to this invention, knob and single surface shall be open and it enables solid and easy fixation on the nose to facilitate wearing it by enabling the application of the elastic nose mask onto diverse nose sizes and forms. Space shall be formed at the nose entrance area when wearing it, which facilitates breathing.

Moreover, nose mask shall be attached into the supplementary connection part to prepare against fierce activities that vibrate the face, enabling selective use.

Accordingly, This invention prevents the nose mask from falling off or separating from the nose.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS This invention was developed to resolve the above mentioned problems. The technical initiatives of This invention shall be to modify the structure of the nose mask to increase level of compatibility with noses of diverse sizes and forms, facilitate wearing of nose mask and breathing based on the formation of a space between the nose entrance and nose mask. Nose mask's self elasticity shall be used to prevent falling off and separation of the nose mask from the nose through the development of nose mask for protection against dust that serves the above mentioned purpose.

[Configuration of the Invention] When it pertains to the nose mask for protection against dust (10), this invention, intended to achieve the above mentioned purpose shall be installed between the end part of the nose and philtrum by folding both sides into another side using the center as the basis to enable covering of the nose hole. This invention is characterized by the inclusion of the following; protection part (21) with filter attachment hole (22), knob, comprised of the wing part (24) that shall be installed at the rounded sides of the nose by folding the end part of both sides of the above mentioned protection part (21) into another side, and filter pad (20) of multi horn shape where single surface is opened, and the support part for filter (30) where the above mentioned filter attachment holes (22) shall be attached.

The above mentioned filter pad (20) and support part for filter (30) shall not be distinguished, and the entire pad shall use filter material only to form into filter pad of

single unit (70). This invention is characterized by the attachment of the supplementary elastic part (80) at the another side or between both sides of the above mentioned filter pad of single unit (70) so that the above mentioned filter pad of single unit (70) can assume elasticity.

The above mentioned filter pad shall be characterized by the following; linking part (51) that shall be inserted into the nose hole, distancing the blind wall area of between the nose holes of the left and right sides, hanging part (52) that hangs from the lower surface of the inside of the nose after coming into contact based on the smooth curve formation into U-shape from the end part of both sides of the above mentioned semicircular part (51) to the downward direction, connection part (53) that is formed based on the horizontal extension from the end part of both sides of the above mentioned hanging part (52) to the direction of the above mentioned semicircular part (51), and use based on the installation onto the supplementary connection part (50), comprised of groove part (54) that is attached closely by coming into contact with the philtrum area and which is formed into U-shape, from the end part of both sides of the above mentioned connection part (53) to the downward direction.

This invention shall be characterized by the following; magnetic (62) that is installed at the groove part (54) of the above mentioned supplementary connector (50) to fix filter pad (20) onto the above mentioned supplementary connector (50); and piece of metal (64), installed at the center part of the protection part (21) that is comprised on the filter pad (20) to attachment and detachment on the above mentioned magnetic (62).

This invention shall be characterized by the following; the above mentioned piece of

metal (64) shall be attached onto the central part of the protection part (21) as single unit.

This invention shall be characterized by the following; the above mentioned piece of metal (64) shall be attached onto and fixed on the filter pad (20).

Hereafter, detailed explanation pertaining to the actual examples related to nose mask for protection against dust in accordance to This invention shall be provided by using the attached figures as reference.

Figure 2 shall be perspective drawing pertaining to the separation of nose mask for protection against dust in accordance to this invention's actual example no. 1, and Figure 3 shall be sectional view that depicts the state of integration pertaining to this invention. Figure 4 shall be the figure that depicts the state in which This invention is worn on the nose and nose mask (10) shall be comprised of filter pad (20) and support part for filter (30).

If and when a more detailed explanation is provided, filter pad (20) is what covers the nose hole from the outside, and it shall be installed at the mid point of philtrum and the end part of the nose by folding both ends into another side, using the center as the basis to enable covering of the nose hole, and shall be comprised of protection part (21) with filter attachment hole (22), and of the wing part (24) with elasticity that enables close installation into the rounded sides of the nose in an elastic manner by folding the end part of both sides of the above mentioned protection part (21) into another side. One surface of the filter pad (20) shall be opened to enable fitting into the nose with elasticity.

At the above mentioned moment, the above mentioned filter pad (20) shall be formed into a size that can surround the nose, and the center part of the area near the filter pad (20)

shall be formed in a way that gap does not form at the time of wearing.

Materials for the filter pad (20) shall be those that are light, variable, elastic and transparent. Representative materials subject to use are; transparent, thin synthetic resin of light material, thin aluminum etc.

Moreover, if and when filter pad (20) is folded, knob and one surface form the shape of open 5-angle horn. The above mentioned shall be compatible to apply onto all other rounded sides of the nose of different forms and sizes by integrating with the elasticity of the wing part (24). The above mentioned facilitates attachment and detachment of the filter pad (20), increase the close fixation ability of the filter pad (20) and blocks the gap between the skin and filter pad (20).

Support part for filter (30) is in the form of picture frame, and it shall be attached <BR> <BR> onto the filter attachment hole (22) that is formed on the filter pad (20) 's protection part (21). Materials of support part for filter (30) shall use non-woven fabric of silver substance, activated fabric, sponge with silver water content, woolen fabric, transparent textile etc after selection to increase the effects of dust prevention, antibiotic, and deodorizing. The above mentioned support part for filter (30) shall be used by attaching onto the inner or outer side of the filter pad (20), and filter exchange shall be enabled.

If and when this invention, configured as above mentioned, is subject to wearing on the nose, wing part (24) shall be installed in a way that it is fixed on the rounded sides of the nose by the elasticity. At the above mentioned moment, the upper part of the filter pad (20) shall be situated at the end of the nose, and the lower part shall be placed at the center of the philtrum. (Refer to Figure 4)

As mentioned above, This invention enables convenient wearing of the filter pad (20) with elasticity and one surface that is open onto the nose in a way that it does not fall off the nose and so that it can be worn on the nose in a convenient manner.

Moreover, breathing is facilitated at the time of wearing since space (27) is formed between the nose mask (10) and nose entrance.

Figure 5 is the actual example no. 2 of this invention. Nose mask (10) shall not be distinguished into filter pad (20) and support part for filter (30), and only filter material shall be used for the entire pad to form into filter pad of single unit (70). The configuration entails the attachment of the supplementary elastic part (80) so that the above mentioned filter pad of single unit (70) can assume elasticity between the another side or both sides of the above mentioned filter pad of single unit (70).

Since the above mentioned supplementary elastic part (80) cannot assume elasticity by itself if and when the filter pad of single unit (70) is formed, the purpose lies in complementing the lost elasticity of filter pad of single unit (70).

Fine steel wire with elasticity etc shall be used as the material for the above mentioned supplementary elastic part (80).

The reaction of the above mentioned configuration shall be omitted since it is the same as this invention's actual example No. 1.

Figure 6 is this invention's actual example No. 3, and the configuration is that which enables the use by placing the filter pad (20) into the supplementary connection part (50).

The above mentioned supplementary connection part (50) shall be characterized

by the following; linking part (51) that shall be inserted into the nose hole, distancing the blind wall area of between the nose holes of the left and right sides, hanging part (52) that hangs from the lower surface of the inside of the nose after coming into contact based on the smooth curve formation into U-shape from the end part of both sides of the above mentioned semicircular part (51) to the downward direction, connection part (53) that is formed based on the horizontal extension from the end part of both sides of the above mentioned hanging part (52) to the direction of the above mentioned semicircular part (51), and use based on the installation onto the supplementary connection part (50), comprised of groove part (54) that is attached closely by coming into contact with the philtrum area and which is formed into U-shape, from the end part of both sides of the above . mentioned connection part (53) to the downward direction.

To wear the nose mask, configured as above mentioned, onto the nose, filter <BR> <BR> pad (20) shall be inserted into the supplementary connection part (50) 's groove part (54) for fixation.

Then, supplementary connection part (50) shall be inserted into the nose hole by pushing it in. However, blind wall area, between the left and right sides of the nose hole shall be fit into the semicircular part (51). Hanging part (52) shall be hanged by coming into contact with the lower surface of the nose hole. Groove part (54) where filter pad (20) is inserted and fixed shall be closely placed on the philtrum to maintain the horizontal of the supplementary connection part (50).

As mentioned above, if and when the supplementary connection part (50) is inserted and installed inside the nose, the lower part of the filter pad (20) shall be placed at

the center of the philtrum and the upper part shall be situated at the end of the nose. Wing part (24) shall be closely installed onto the outer peripheral line of the rounded sides of the nose due to elasticity. Space (27) shall be formed between nose entrance and protection part (21). (Refer to Figure 7) The above mentioned configuration can impeccably prevent the falling off of the filter pad (20) from the nose or its separation due to vibration in case of fierce movement by using the filter pad (20) by injecting into the supplementary connection part (50).

Since Supplementary connection part (50) is injected into the nose, it is not visible from the outside. Moreover, it may be worn at all times without stimulation since it is formed with thin steel wire that reduces friction within the inside of the nose.

Meanwhile, nose mask pertaining to this invention's actual example no. 2 can be used by hooking in the supplementary connection part (50).

Figure 8 is this invention's actual example no. 4, and fixing medium (60) for the fixation of the above mentioned filter pad (20) into the supplementary connection part (50) is added into the configuration.

The above mentioned fixing medium (60) enables attachment and detachment since it is comprised of magnetic (62) and piece of metal (64). The above mentioned <BR> <BR> magnetic (62) shall be installed at the supplementary connector (50) 's groove part (54), and the above mentioned piece of metal (64) shall be installed at the center part of the support pertaining to the protection part (21), comprised on the filter pad (20).

Here, the above mentioned piece of metal (64) may be configured to get attached to the central part of the protection part (21). (Refer to Figure 8)

Since the above mentioned filter pad (20) may be attached in a solid manner so that it does not separate from the supplementary connection part (50), nose mask does not get separated even during fierce movement.

Moreover, magnetism, resulting from the above mentioned magnetic (62), exerts positive influence on the nose of the human body. Therefore, the above mentioned is characterized by outstanding performance. Since the positive influence of the above mentioned magnetism on the human body is proven by experiments, detailed explanation shall be omitted.

The above mentioned section depicted and explained ideal actual examples of this invention, but This invention is not limited to the above mentioned actual examples.

Anyone with common knowledge may try diverse transformation within the area that This invention belongs to without escaping from the point of This invention that is subject to claim within the scope of Utility Model registration claim.
