Abstract:
There is provided a notebook for recording denture treatment, the notebook facilitating accurate medical actions by improving communication between a patient that requires treatment such as new denture fabrication or denture repair, and a medical practitioner such as a dentist. The patient enters various requests and conditions in the notebook for recording denture treatment before a denture treatment occurs and takes the notebook to the denture treatment appointment. A three-dimensional model of the dentures that protrudes from a denture board and a drawing of the dentures in the denture treatment record can easily indicate and describe complicated locations in the dentures that cannot be properly expressed in words. The dentist is able to reduce the diagnosis time with the patient by reading the intraoral information described in the notebook for recording denture treatment that includes the denture board, and a treatment action and a treatment time desired by both the patient and the dentist can be achieved.
