Abstract:
One purpose of the present invention is to provide a notification assistance device etc. capable of assisting an operator with ascertainment of a situation when receiving a notification. A notification assistance device according to an aspect of the present disclosure comprises: an acquisition means that acquires a captured image from a notifier terminal, which is a terminal owned by a notifier; an extraction means that extracts characteristic information relating to an object included in the captured image; an identification means that identifies the object on the basis of the extracted characteristic information; and an output means that outputs information relating to the identified object.
