The present invention relates to a notification device for preventing a secondary accident and, more specifically, to a notification device for preventing a secondary accident which, in a situation where a vehicle is stopped due to an accident, breakdown, or the like of the vehicle, prevents a secondary accident by notifying, by means of light, a driver driving behind of the situation in front.
