In an audio unit (3), a guiding space formation member (45) forms a guiding space (62) in cooperation with a sound source holder (13). The sound source holder (13) has a first sound-guiding space part (19B) that is surrounded by a first sound-guiding tube (19) that is provided so as to extend to a downward side (D) from a sound source (14), and has a first space part (20B) that is surrounded by a first inclined tube (20) that is continuously provided to a downward end of the first sound-guiding tube (19) and that expands toward the downward side (D). The guiding space formation member (45) has an upward-side opening (40) that is connected to the first space part (20B), a downward-side opening (36) that is provided to the downward side (D) of a second space part (38B) that extends to the downward side (D) from the upper-side opening (40), and a second sound-guiding space part (44) that is in an intermediary position between the downward-side opening (36) and an output opening (43). The guiding space (62) is configured from the first sound-guiding space part (19B), the first space part (20B), the second space part (38B), and the second sound-guiding space part (44).
