Abstract:
A notification reception system is provided with: a multi-functional telephone terminal; a command board terminal having a call unit, a display output unit, and a connection destination transmission unit which transmits information regarding a connection destination for connecting from a notifier terminal; and a management server having a connection control unit which controls connection of the terminals. The multi-functional telephone terminal receives a call transmission including a telephone number from the notifier terminal and carries out a first voice call connection with the notifier terminal; the connection destination transmission unit of the command board terminal transmits, to the notifier terminal on the basis of the telephone number of the notifier terminal, connection destination information including identification information for the notification reception system; and, upon receiving a request for connecting to the connection destination from the notifier terminal, the management server carries out a second voice call connection with the command board terminal and the notifier terminal, and acquires information using a device, such as a camera or a sensor, of the notifier terminal. The notification reception system can thus acquire information other than vocal information from a notifier terminal making a telephone notification, increasing the efficiency of operations.
