Disclosed in the present invention are a novel 5G energy-saving cabinet and a multifunctional pole application system. The novel 5G energy-saving cabinet comprises an outer cabinet body, an inner cabinet body, a flipping mechanism, cabinet manhole covers, a temperature control system, an intelligent dehumidification device, and a multi-stage water prevention management control system. According to the present invention, the cabinet uses a full-coverage buried structure, functional problems such as ventilation, temperature control, dehumidification, and water prevention are perfectly solved by using an ingenious design, no ground space is occupied, and the overall aesthetics of a community is not affected. As a matching resource of an intelligent multifunctional pole, the cabinet can provide a stable accommodating and running environment for an intelligent multifunctional pole service device, and thus provides an energy-saving, harmonious, and aesthetic matching solution for the integrated application of an intelligent multifunctional pole of a community.
