The present invention relates to a novel Alcanivorax sp. A28-3 strain. More particularly, the present invention relates to an Alcanivorax sp. A28-3 strain capable of producing neoagarobiose hydrolase which can saccharify neoagarobiose, a neoagarobiose hydrolase derived from the strain, and a use thereof.
