Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a novel anti-coking VDF cracking furnace system, comprising a cracking furnace, a waste heat recovery unit, and a quencher. The cracking furnace is internally provided with a helical furnace tube and a vertically provided zoned heating apparatus; the waste heat recovery unit comprises a first shell and tube heat exchanger and a first horizontal tank; a first jacket is provided outside the first horizontal tank; a cracking furnace discharge port is communicated with the first horizontal tank; a discharge port of the first horizontal tank is communicated with a tube side feed port of the first shell and tube heat exchanger; a cold material is fed into a shell side of the first shell and tube heat exchanger, and a shell side discharge port of the first shell and tube heat exchanger is communicated with a feed port of the first jacket; a discharge port of the first jacket is communicated with a cracking furnace feed port; the waste heat recovery unit is connected to a feed port of the quencher, and a discharge port of the quencher is connected to a product collection process. According to the cracking furnace system, coking in a cracking furnace tube and in a heat exchanger tube can be reduced, a cleaning period for the cracking furnace tube and the heat exchanger is prolonged, and the cold material is preheated by means of the waste heat recovery unit, thereby reducing the power consumption.
