Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel antibody library preparation method and a library prepared thereby. The antibody library prepared by the preparation method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises antibodies exhibiting excellent physical properties against a plurality of antigens, and thus has functional diversity, and comprises a plurality of unique sequences and also enables increased post-panning amplification efficiency, and thus may be usefully employed as an antibody library.
