Abstract:

The present invention relates to an antimicrobial peptide in which i) the 1st and 14th amino acids are deleted, ii) the 4th and 8th amino acids are substituted with lysine (K), iii) the 7th amino acid is substitued with leucine (L), iv) the 9th amino acid is glycine (G) or is substituted with lysine (K), and v) the 12th amino acid is serine (S) or is substituted with lysine (K) in the Hp1404 peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; and a use thereof.
