Abstract:
An automobile gear lubricating oil, which is prepared by means of the following components according to weight fraction ratio: 91-98 parts of trimethylolpropane oleate; 2-6 parts of sodium sulfite; 3-6 parts of an extreme pressure agent; 2.2-4.4 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene carbonate; 3-6 parts of dihydrocarbyl pentasulfide; 0.7-1.6 parts of dibutylhydroxytoluene; 2-4 parts of potassium metaborate; 3-6 parts of phosphorus star; 5.7-8.2 parts of polydimethylsiloxane; 5-6.4 parts of oleamide. The lubricating oil has the following advantages: the lubricating oil has excellent anti-extreme pressure and anti-wear performance; the lubricating oil has a high carrying capacity of 1892.716 N, and high sintering load, which may reach 13995.45 N; the lubricating oil may be prepared as a heavy load vehicle gear oil, and may also also be used as a heavy load and medium load industrial gear oil.
