A compound represented by the general formula (I) or a prodrug or pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. The compound (I) has an excellent adenosine A_2A receptor antagonistic effect, and therefore is useful as a therapeutic or prophylactic agent for a disease associated with an adenosine A_2A receptor, particularly movement disorder, depression, anxiety, cognitive disorder, ischemic cerebral disorder, restless legs syndrome or the like. (I) wherein R¹ represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; R² represents -NR¹⁰R¹¹ or -OR¹²; and R³, R⁴, R⁵ and R⁶ independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen, a lower alkyl group, a halo(lower) alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group, a hydroxyl group or the like.
