Abstract:
Disclosed is a compound represented by the formula (1) or a pharmaceutically
acceptable salt thereof. (1) wherein R1 represents a halogen atom
or the like, and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or the like, or R1
and R2 may together form a 5- to 7-membered ring; m represents an integer
of 0 to 5; R7 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; R3 and
R4 independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl
group or the like; R8 and R9 independently represent a hydrogen
atom or the like; n represents an integer of 1 to 6; and A represents a fluorine atom
or the like. The compound or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has
an SNS-inhibiting activity which can exert a therapeutic or prophylactic effect
on a disease associated with SNS such as neuropathic pain, nociceptive pain,
micturition disorder or multiple sclerosis.
