Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel bioinformatics analysis method for the identification of glycated proteins and advanced glycation end-products by using the results of high resolution mass spectrometry. Particularly, a bioinformatics analysis method according to the present invention can efficiently and accurately analyze quantitative changes of conventionally unknown glycated proteins and advanced glycation end-products contained in various types of samples, and uses a high resolution mass spectrometer so as to detect, from a sample, markers for a disease including cancer and the like, thereby being effectively usable for a prediction or diagnosis therefor.
