Abstract:
A bottom-set degassing rotor for on-line refining of aluminum alloy. The invention comprises a degassing shaft (1) and a quick-connecting degassing disk (4) disposed at the top end of the degassing shaft (1). The degassing shaft (1) comprises a ventilation hole (8) provided at the center of the degassing shaft (1), an outer groove (3) disposed at a top end thereof, and a circular shaft (2) disposed at a bottom end thereof, wherein the circular shaft (2) has threads for connecting to an external drive shaft. The bottom-set degassing rotor for on-line refining is installed at a bottom portion of a degassing tank and directly performs degassing from the bottom of an aluminum melt. The invention avoids slag deposition on the bottom of the tank, thereby achieving degassing without dead spots.
