Abstract:
A novel bridge structure utilizing a connected-plate truss comprises a structure body (1). The structure body (1) is one of a box-beam and a T-beam consisting of a web (2) and a flange (3). The web (2) and the flange (3) respectively consist of steel plates (7). Since there are plural sets of bubble protrusions (4) provided on the steel plates (7), a hollow layered structure can be provided by welding together welding holes (8) of the protrusions (4). The protrusions (4) can be created by a mechanical press process or heat press process. The embodiment can increase stiffness of the structure, increase an anti-bending capability of the structure, and increase a loading capability of the structure with the same amount of steel, achieving the goals of weight reduction, an increase in loading capability of the structure, and cost reduction, effectively resolving a problem of frequent damage to an installation layer of a surface of a perpendicularly-joined heterogeneous bridge beam, and providing a technique for promoting large-scale use of structural steel in building bridges.
