The present invention relates to a novel compound of chemical formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, a hydrate and a solvate of the compound, and a hydrate or a solvate of the salt. The novel compound of the present invention exhibits high CDK7 inhibitory activity, and thus can be effectively used for the treatment or prevention of diseases associated with CDK7.
