Abstract:
A novel composite damping and vibration-reducing support, comprising an upper support plate assembly (1), a support rotating damping ring (2), a spherical crown body (3) and a lower support plate (4) successively arranged from top to bottom. The support rotating damping ring (2) is provided between the upper support plate assembly (1) and the lower support plate (4). The spherical crown body (3) is provided in a pelvic cavity (5) of the lower support plate (4). The spherical crown body (3) comprises an upper convex spherical body (3.1) and a lower convex spherical body (3.2) integrally molded by means of an Austempering ductile casting process. The spherical crown body (3) formed by the upper convex spherical body (3.1) and the lower convex spherical body (3.2) has a mushroom cap-like shape. The pelvic cavity (5) of the lower support plate (4) is concave-spherical. The upper convex spherical body (3.1) of the spherical crown body (3) is spherically hinged to a concave spherical groove (6) provided at a bottom part of the upper support plate assembly (1). The lower convex spherical body (3.2) of the spherical crown body (3) tangentially makes contact with a concave spherical surface of the pelvic cavity (5) of the lower support plate (4) and appears as an arc-shaped surface.
