Abstract:
A novel concrete deformation measuring frame comprises a test member (1), a dial gauge (5), a gauge length positioning rod (6), and a zero-point adjustment bolt (9). The test member (1) is connected to an upper support rod (2) by means of a bolt. The upper support rod (2) is provided with an upper support (3). An end of the upper support (3) is provided with a set screw (4) arranged on the upper support rod (2). An end of the set screw (4) away from the upper support (3) is provided with the dial gauge (5). An end of the upper support rod (2) away from the upper support (3) is provided with the gauge length positioning rod (6). A lower side of the gauge length positioning rod (6) is provided with a round nut (7). One side of the round nut (7) is provided with a lower support rod (8). An end of the lower support rod (8) near the round nut (7) is provided with the zero-point adjustment bolt (9), and an end of the lower support rod (8) away from the zero-point adjustment bolt (9) is provided with a lower support (10). A heater (11) allows measurement of deformations of concrete at different temperatures, such that a suitable temperature of concrete is obtained, thereby preventing risks caused by high temperature when different types of concrete are used for construction.
