Abstract:
Disclosed is a conductive paint, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of silver nickel powder, 2-5 parts of antimony trioxide, 15-30 parts of acrylic resin, 10-20 parts of alkyd resin, 1-3 parts of chitosan, 0.5-2 parts of a film-forming aid, 2-4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 40-50 parts of an aromatic hydrocarbon, 20-40 parts of styrene, 20-40 parts of acetaldehyde, 5-10 parts of polyethylene wax powder, 2-3 parts of a leveling agent, 1-4 parts of cobalt isooctanoate, and 5-8 parts of BYK-101 dispersant. The conductive paint uses silver nickel powder as a conductive medium, incorporates antimony trioxide having conduction and dispersion properties, and employs acrylic resin and alkyd resin as main materials, and thus the resulting product is cheap in price and has a good conductive performance. The conductive paint gives a clear and fresh coating, which exhibits good finish, hiding power, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
