Abstract:
A novel connecting structure for an LED lamp and an electric wire, and a device for manufacturing the structure. The structure comprises an automatic pin bending mechanism disposed on a base and comprises an auxiliary wire-stripping seat. The automatic pin bending mechanism comprises: an L-shaped top seat, used for bending an LED lamp pin (51) into a right angle; a pushing seat, used for bending the pin in the right angle; and a forming seat. A groove used for introducing an electric wire (4) is formed on one side of the auxiliary wire-striping seat facing to the electric wire. A wire-stripping tool through-hole is formed in the auxiliary wire-stripping seat in the vertical direction. The groove is in communication with the wire-stripping tool through-hole. The device has a simple structure, adopts a full-automatic assembly line, and has high yield, low cost and reliable quality.
