Abstract:
This invention relates to an I-form crystal of the free form of 3,4-difluoro-2-(2-fluoro-4-iodophenylamino)-N-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-5-(3-oxo-[1,2]-oxazinan-2-ylmethyl)benzamide, the crystal, in analysis by X-ray powder diffraction with CuKα (1.54060 Å) as an X-ray source, giving a pattern which includes peaks at diffraction angles represented by 2θ of 14.9, 16.9, and 23.1º (±0.2º). The crystal is physicochemically stable and is useful as a raw drug for medicines.
