Abstract:
Disclosed are a novel cutting torch and a processing method thereof. The cutting torch is prepared by employing a metal powder injection moulding method, which has the advantages that stainless steel gas cutting torches can be conveniently produced in mass quantities on the premise that functions of the gas cutting torch are ensured. Mechanical processing, such as casting, turning, milling, drilling and other processes and devices can be substantially eliminated. A high-pressure oxygen channel structure is arranged inside. A tube seat (11) is arranged on an inner tube (1). An air inlet end of the inner tube (1) and the tube seat (11) have a taper that matches a cutting machine in the axial direction, which facilitates processing. Since the stainless steel is resistant to high temperature, it is difficult to deform, long in service life, and low in comprehensive costs.
