Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel diaryl-propanedione derivative compound, a preparation method therefor, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising same for prevention or treatment of inflammatory or allergic diseases. More specifically, the novel diaryl-propanedinone derivative compound of the present invention has the activity of suppressing the NLRP3 inflammasome, which is a mediator in inflammatory diseases, or the release of β-hexosaminidase, which is a mediator in allergic diseases and secreted from RBL-2H3 cells, and thus may have excellent suppression of inflammation or allergies. Furthermore, since no cytotoxicity appears in inflammation- or allergy-induced weakened cells, the stability is excellent, and furthermore, by using this, the compound may be utilized as a composition for the treatment, prevention, or amelioration of inflammatory or allergic diseases.
